Peter L. Zachary

Prior to the establishment of his company, Peter L. Zachary, MAI was active in real estate in several capacities. He is an owner of commercial properties, which are leased to Starbucks and McDonald's Corporation. As a mortgage broker, he arranged millions of dollars of financing for commercial properties, including but not limited to, apartment complexes, office buildings and shopping centers. In addition, he was associated with major institutions as a real estate investment analyst.

Mr. Zachary earned both his Bachelor of Science degree and MBA degree from New York University. After college, he continued his career pursuit in the real estate business with the NEW YORK LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY where his experience was broadened by involvement in commercial mortgage transactions totaling over $200 million. At MANUFACTURERS HANOVER TRUST (now JP Morgan Chase Manhattan Bank), he supervised and trained a staff of to write evaluations on major real estate projects throughout the metropolitan area. There he earned the reputation of being a specialist on major income producing properties.
